Create Quality Link Building Campaign(repost)

I am looking for an experienced link builder. I am looking for someone experienced as a website promoter that can build quality backlinks to my website. 1:) Provide complete daily report of sites submitted too. 2:) Submit daily to quality and targeted sites to my niche. What is a quality site? PR2+ sites that are targeted to my niche. What is a non-quality site? Brand new sites, low quality sites, non targeted sites that have nothing to do with my niche. Submit to high quality sites only: ie: Booking-marking sites Tweeting/Retweeting Social link building Blog Comments Classified sites Forum Comments etc, etc.... This is a 30 day campaign; If you do not work on the weekend, then I have no problems extending the bid by 8-10 days. Please tell me what you are willing to do for me, and your bid.
