Create VCC for me from your Indian Bank

I need someone to create and send me the details of 4 VCCs. Now I need these VCCs created from Indian banks that allow the creation of same from your account online. I will be needed 4 VCCs, each of which will be between 100 and 200 rupees. I will pay you $1 for every 50 rupees spent (whereas the actual rate is you get $1 for every 54 rupees you sell to the bank). In addition I will pay you a little money over and above this. Talk to me in PMB about how you can get me the VCCs. I will need the VCC information to contain Cardholder's name, 16 digit number, Exp. date and CVV number. Place a bid and send me a message.
