Canvas LMS open source upgrade

I'm using Canvas LMS open source and I can't figure out how to upgrade the database. I setup the production server by following the guides here: [login to view URL] This has been working fine for about 9 months. It still seems to be working, but I need to figure out how to upgrade. I'd like someone to help me upgrade and document steps that I can follow to repeat the process: [login to view URL] I'm sure this is probably a very easy job, but I'm stuck.
