Wir suchen für unser Helpdesk einen Author mit IT-Hintergrund und einfachen sowie sympathischen Stil. Es müssen bestehende Artikel geprüft, optimiert und neue Artikel verfasst werden. Ein Glossar sollte ebenfalls aufgebaut werden mit Erklärungen gängiger Termini aus dem Bereich Webhosting, Webserver, WordPress etc. Im Helpdesk enthalten sind Wissens-Datenbank, technische Dokumentation, Tipps & Tricks, FAQ sowie Tutorials enthalten. Für eine geeignete Struktur lassen wir uns gerne beraten. In unserem Blog werden einige der Helpdesk-Inhalte vorgestellt, sowie Ankündigungen neuer Feature und deren Kunden-Nutzen publiziert und im Anschluss auf Social-Media-Kanälen verbreitet. Zu einigen neuen Features wird es eigene Landingpages geben, deren Inhalte ebenfalls sprachlich optimiert werden sollten. Diese sind auch Teil der SEM/SEO/SMM Maßnahmen, zu denen im Laufe der Zeit ebenfalls gewisse Workflows und eine Strategien entwickelt werden sollten, gehört aber in ein neues Projekt.

Da wäre ich doch einmal gespannt, wie meine indischen Mitbieter dies leisten können. Zur mir : Bin seit 30 Jahren in der IT tätig, sowohl als Help Desk als auch Programmierer und Webseiten Esteller/Betreuer. Aktueller Schwerpunkt liegt bei Wordpress, WooCommere, Gravity Forms.
