I install, configure, and administer open source auto dialers and private branch exchanges built upon the Vicidial platform. I have been installing and administering these auto dialers for years. I have a large number of clients, many of whom migrated from a hosted auto dialer, or were looking to move away from an older, expensive, proprietary auto dialer. Some clients use their Vicidial install to handle large volumes of inbound calls, and others use Vicidial for its powerful predictive outbound capabilities; most use Vicidial for blended inbound and outbound campaigns. I've been deploy some vicidial servers without any problem. Actually you need to make a trunk behind your SwitchVox and your vicidial. Then, after the call the agent transfer it to your vicidial and you got the survey answers in your system. We'll need to tag the call to identify the agent too.
