After effects: Telling a story with Text

We have about 20 lines of text, ranging from 1 liners to entire paragraphs. We need to tell a story using text in After Effects, and render a completed animation. I will hire the best after effects guy for the job, this is a rush job and the outsourced individual will be used for future projects after this one. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this project does not have complete details.
