This job will not require design skill. The CAD file was converted from a PDF using a software. It looks fine in AutoCAD, but the print quality is poor. Therefore, I need a person who is familiar with AutoCAD to re-draw everything. Basically to replace these scanned drawing with actual TEXT and Objects to improve the print quality. This should only take a skilled person a few hours to do. I will need it done in ONE day.
