House brochures required similar to the one attached. I need: 1. Brochure to be created from PDF Plan 2. Using the same brochure layout as attached (or improved layout is OK) 2. 3D front of house rendering to look like photo - using correct paint, brick etc colours (more realistic than one attached) 3. 2D floor plans using correct finishes for flooring & vanitites etc (more realistic finishes than attached) 4. Modern style furniture placed in floor plan. In your response please: 1. Attach an example of a similar brochure you have personally created 2. Give an indication of how many hours it will take you per house or quote on a per house basis. 3. Tell me what similar experience you have. Further work: I have about 80 of these brochures a year to be done and I am looking for one person to work on all 80.

Hi, I could produce these brochures for you. I have over 10 years professional experience in 3D rendering & print design work. There are some product renders in my portfolio showing some interior images which might give an idea of the render quality I would achieve. I would estimate to do the exterior render, and x2 interior floor plan/renders along with setting up the brochure ready for print might take on the order of 20 hours work (so around $260 per house/brochure).
