We want to get fast estimates of Roof Tiles and related accessories for general home construction projects. Plans in 2D will be provided in PDF. Looking for a "per plan" price. Initially we only require Bill of Quantities but in future labour estimating and quote generation may be added. Requirements: - High degree of accuracy (this will be tested prior to awarding the work) - Able to provide a simple 2D diagram of the roof that has been estimated - Provide quantities in Excel or CSV files - Provide split quantities for 1st/2nd storey, garage etc - 24 hour turn-around - Please provide approx maximum plans per day that you can do Initially 10 projects per week, but expected to grow significantly.

I am a civil engineer by profession and an experienced designer. I have done quantity estimates for literally 100's of projects(I can really show you all the estimates and bills that I have prepared) From suspension bridges, housing projects to small residential buildings - I have done them all. Please revert back so that I can send you my recent estimates (i have not uploaded all in my work samples) Having said that I am very particular about attention to detail and accuracy in work. Please specify the quantity of work so that we can zero in on the price and my output per day.I shall provide you with estimates in excel(summary, detail of measurements, break-ups) and also provide you with diagrams in CAD.

Hello, I have a Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering and I have extensive work experience in preliminary and detailed architectural design for housing and mixed use commercial, agricultural, leisure and recreational development and in master planning and urban design for various schemes. I understand what are you looking for. When I have a clearly defined task, supported with adequate equipment and information support, I am fast, precise, diligent, competent, and responsible team worker. My engineering skills do not mean that I am not willing to work more simple tasks. I 'd like to finish first job for you. After that, we can continue with cooperation. I can finish minimum 10 projects per week.

Hi. I am a Civil Engineer from the University. I worked as a structural design engineer since 2003 and I have designed a lot of buildings, bridge and building high risk and also prepare their design calculations. I have a lot of experience in structure and I have designed a lot of buildings, project management . Many of the projects I'm working on. I have a full team of Arch Draftsman, architects and structural draftsman so I can do this job fairly easy. so my best option for your job.

I have responded to your email regarding the numbers of roofing inquiry as far as I know with the method practiced in estimating roof tiles there is the constant multiplicators, no. of tiles on the eaves length, rafter of tiles on the rafter length, and the number of tiles at various practical headlaps. looking forward for your plans...thanks

I hope I understand the task: The job is to give you a quantities of buildings material summarized in Excel, calculated using building pdf drawing, eg. real surface area of roof for roof tiles, lengh or number of other accessories. If my understanding is ok, I can make about 7 plans per day. For start I would need one finished bill for example, to properly use the names of materials, because my English is far from perfect. I'm experienced architect and I often make such calculation for cost estimates of buildings. Regards, Anna Wasowska
