Assist me with Bulk Marketing

I am a digital marketing consultant with several Physical Therapy Clinic clients and I’m looking for a Rock Star Account Manager to work with me on an ongoing basis. Our clients are on 12 month contracts and the ideal candidate will remain with us throughout these contracts and beyond… I will train you well, be available for questions and pay on time – every time. Here’s what I’m looking for, is this you? Your monthly tasks will be: *Onboarding new clients *Collecting Marketing content from clients, you will have to follow up with them via phone and email daily to achieve this task *Coordinating content with design teams *Proofreading content from design team *Coordinating revisions with design team per client request *Handing questions and concerns from clients as they arise Required Skills for the Position: *Great interpersonal skills. You will communicate with your accounts (Physical Therapy Clinics) via phone and email on a daily basis. You must work with clients to meet monthly deadlines. *Very detail-oriented. You will be managing the content for each client’s print & email newsletters and you must organize *Ability to meet deadlines. You must be able to work with each client to collect and organize their newsletter contents on a deadline *Excellent communication skills (email, Skype, spoken phone, text messaging). *Can coordinate with outside contractors. We are using design and printing services to manage part of our fulfillment. You must communicate requirements very meticulously to these service providers. *Can start working on new projects immediately *Has worked with Gmail, Google Drive (sheets, forms, docs,). I will train you on our processes within drive, but you must be familiar with how drive functions to be eligible *Can deliver projects FAST and on a deadline – You will be given deadlines that require input from our clients.
