Business Logo Design many formats

Hello. I am interested in developing a longterm partnership with graphic artists. I need someone to develop Logo designs for me. They must be available in the following formats.... EPS, JPG, BMP, AI, CDR, TIF and PSD These logos must be available in colour and black and white and must look good in both. Please state withyour bid: 1) Your bid for each logo 2) Your logo turnaround time 3) Number of revisions given 4) Number of design concepts given 5) Type and length of support given 6) PLEASE PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF LOGOS YOU HAVE DESIGNED AND CONTACT DETAILS eg URL Please note that these files must be in all formats mentioned and be available in black and white.
