Custom Outlook Add-In

I am looking for someone to develop a custom Outlook Add-In. This Add-In will consist of a drop-down menu with the following features: (1) Users can insert variables into an email that would coorespond with fields in the contacts database. When the email is sent, these variables would be replaced with the data located in the contacts record. If there is more than 1 recipient in the TO, CC, BCC fields, the email would be split into separate emails and sent individually. For example, tags such as %firstName%, %companyName%, and %emailAddress% would be replaced by respective data from the contacts database. (2) Have a button that, when pressed, would instantly convert all of the links in the email into a different format (for example: "www.google.com" would become "[login to view URL] All source code must be your own and free from copyright. The add-in must not require any 3rd party software or additional windows updates (such as the .NET 2.0 framework). A customizable installer must be provided for the Outlook Add-In. Please explain your qualifications in your bid - don't just say "I can do it". I would prefer a US-based developer. Payment will be made in full upon completion of the project.
