I have developed plugins for wireshark(ethereal) using winpcap. These plugins allowed the user to do sniffing on proprietary packets. I think that if you need to snife network packets, I can help you a lot. I'm C++ certified and I've 6 years of experience in communications and networking programming.

I have done this before in a project where I was implementing TCP/IP stack and I used WinpCap to get packets from Ethernet so can do something for you.
