The project should: - be an Eclipse project - support Android 3.1 (API level 12) - build the the libjpeg-turbo library from sources with the NDK for x86, armeabi-v7a and armeabi as a shared library - features 2 native functions to load a jpeg file into a buffer, and to save an image from a buffer into a jpeg file with the required quality - present a simple activity that invokes the above functions
