Binary to Excel converter (1559306)

I need a software to convert binary file that contain POS data (orders) , to excel sheet. the record structure of the binary file is not known. I'm attaching a sample 2 files : the binary file , and a text file that contain the same information of orders but in text Also I need to know the record structure in the binary file
