Hi, looking at your description, i gather you want a desktop application that can take several images together with an mp3 file to produce a video. Then upload this video to a video sharing site. I can do this very quickly in c# utilizing fmpeg library for the video production process and http APIs for the upload and I know it would actually take me less time than i mentioned.
