Add RESTful JSON API to our C source code

We have some C source code that runs on a server and communicates with google to get data from places and other google services. We are building a mobile app and the app needs to use this data. However, the C source code does not have an api built into it so we cannot connect to it from our app and retrieve data. We need a restful service added into the C code so that we can connect to it from our app and send parameters and get data back.
