create an app -- website

i would like to get an idea on the cost of creating a website that would allow vendors to post a video and profile selling their services. The payment and communication with customers would be thought the website only and we would pay the vendors through pay pal. this will give some idea although this project is entirely different [login to view URL] thanks, steve
