The Mission:
Romano University is planning a new apartment complex. The university figures that, during the first year, its income will be $450 per month from each studio apartment, $550 per month from each one-bedroom apartment, and $700 per month from each two-bedroom apartment. Each studio apartment will be 200 square feet in size; each one-bedroom apartment will be 300 square feet in size; and each two-bedroom will be 450 square feet in size. The building cost is $75 per square foot.
Write a C program that lets the user enter the number of each type of apartment and then calculates the total size of the building needed to house the apartments, the total building cost, and the expected income for the first year. Determine whether there is a profit the first year. Display the results and make the output as attractive as possible. Give the user the option of having there report saved to a file called “./[login to view URL]”. The following is a sample report when the user entered 10 for studios, 14 for one bedrooms, and 20 for two bedrooms:
