Develop Ads pop website

A challenging mini project of all the dot net coders. Only experts bid here. Develop a website in which whenever the user open up the website, his web cam will open automatically. Hence this website works only on those PCs that has webcam. When the webcam open, website will detect the face of user then detect his gender and approx age. On the basis of result, ads will pop up on the website. For example: User open the website. user is male of 20 years old then ads related to his age will pop-up.
