I will review the currently existing applications and using the scripts you provided as well as analysing the database, create stored procedures within your database to perform the gets/puts, implement authentication and deliver a .net WCF web service that is SOAP + REST compatible, able to be used from ANY application, no matter whether it is a .Net app or a website, or an Andorid app etc. I have a vast experience implementing similar integration services and am actively working on the development of multiple similar interfaces. Hi! I can help you to successfully create this REST API. My basic idea about it is to create a WCF service at the "top" of the database, so it can be accessible from other platforms too. For instance a service call URI will look like this (I am using "GetSettings" method from your attached document): http://[hostname]/GetSettings?ClientID=11 Other benefit of the WCF that it can be hosted in Azure too, just like your database.
