C# application to drag/drop programs into

I need a very simple C# Application written in VS 2010 that uses WPF (Must use WPF!!!) that does the following: 1. Simple "Blank" GUI Interface that is a White box/square approx 4 inches by 4 inches. 2. Allows you to drag a desktop shortcut or a .exe file that exists anywhere on the computer onto the White Box 3. The White Box will then show the following information -- a. Full size icon of program you dragged over -- b. The name of the .exe (if it is a shortcut, then get the final exe name) -- c. The path to that exe (eg, c:\program files\blah\[login to view URL]). For example, if the .exe file exists in c:\windows\system32\[login to view URL] and you drag that file over, the White Box will show the big Notepad icon + the file path location. 4. Note: The desktop shortcut or .exe file does not get modified, it goes back to its original place without any changes COMMENTS: • All of the code must have comments next to it demonstrating what each piece of code does so it is easy to understand and make edits to. NOTES: • The end result must be a VS C# project for GUI and C++ for driver that successfully compiles and runs and does all the tasks. • The project must be written entirely in C# using Visual Studio 2010 (This is what I will be using to test/compile/etc to validate it works) and compilable/testable in Visual Studio 2010. • Project must work with Windows 7 64bit and 32bit and be forward compatible with Windows 8 (if possible). • Please be prepared to start the project ASAP and complete it in under 8-24 hours (ASAP please) • The project and all code rights will be owned solely by me with your role being the paid contractor. • No SPAM or automated bids will be accepted. • No partial payment will be made for incomplete work.
