Add a couple of minor front end items to a web application

Hi, I need a couple of very small changes for an existing application. Angular, Bootstrap, C#, and VSTS Git experience required. There's two pages that needs to be modified that technically have the same requirements 1. I need you to add a loading animation per portlet and page. 2. When call to the API fails, I need you to retry up to 3 (configurable) times and if it continues to fail create a bootstrap notification 3. I need you to add/wire the datepicker, frequency type (daily, monthly), and list of object ids to be applied as a filter All APIs are already in place, you just need to wire the front end Link to the demo project to be given to those that can prove they have experience on the above technology
