Adds onto a XML

I have worked with XML before in a very similar way, and have also designed small web form apps such as this (A file browser). I will provide a nice, clean looking web app and an interactive form. The WPF form would provide a hierarchical view of the XML, and the user would add a node by right clicking on a current node and pressing an 'add' context menu item. The text of a node would be edited similarly, by right clicking and pressing an edit text item. The web app would simply be a better looking version of the WPF app, but with no editing capability.

hi, I'm using visual c# express 2012 for WPF and visual web developer 2012 for asp.net, I can provide the functionality with simple GUI and graphics (not talented at fancy graphical or UX design). would you like the web form to be asp.net form or MVC? and what are the fields of the items to add in xml? thanks
