I need a program that will connect to a FTP server, and look for the latest .zip file. Then compare this file to the one on my computer If I already have it, the program should close connection and do nothing if I dont already have it, then it should download the zip file Extract the zipped file Then renamed the extracted .csv file Then the program should be able to open up another program on my computer, (with the ability to turn this stop off by clicking a check mark). And close this program down. It MUST be an executable file, that auto starts when loaded. This is MANDATORY.

I have created a small command application that connects to an FTP server and does a similar procedure, so I'm ideal for this job. Can you explain how do you want to configure server connection data? a text file, a database, hard-coded? Also, can you explain better the second part, when opens another program?
