C# Code to write EXCEL rows from a nested Array.

I need to update an existing C# ASPX program that creates an EXCEL file from a LIST Array. I need to update the logic to replace this Array with a Array containing a nested Array. No bid over 100.00 will be considered for this project. The nested array looks like this: 0] nodeurl = Product 123 Value [0] Attributetitle = Price [1] Attributetitle = Description [2] Attributetitle = Weight [1] nodeurl = Product 888 Value [0] Attributetitle = Price [1] Attributetitle = Description [2] Attributetitle = Weight (see attached) I need the code replaced below to use this new array.
