I have been working with a freelance developer over the last 12 months to develop a website, of which has been outsourced to India. Now that I am in the final stages of the website with only the final few features to complete I am looking for a local developer to concentrate largely on the design, functionality, and potentially the on going management once the site goes live. I have a number of clients trialing the site of which commences next month. The idea is to launch the full site 8 weeks after this and therefore time is of the essence.
