Will be two scheduled Azure jobs that: PART 1: E-MAIL 1) reads records in table for Pending status and send e-mail (example code for gmail integration available) with subject, body, and attachment(s) 2) if successful, update status to Success. if failed to send, increment retries. if retries = 3, change status to Failure PART 2: TEXT 1) reads records in table for Pending status and sends text (example code for Twilio integration available) 2) if successful, update status to Success. if failed to send, increment retries. if retries = 3, change status to Failure Both will be separate jobs to be scheduled in Azure for every 5 minutes. Solution must be developed using C#
