I need a desktop app for win8/win10 and for tablet ms surface that can run in background or minimized as icon. This app should listen globally for all touch/pointer/mouse events in windows . The idea is to be able to send any touch/pointer/mouse event and convert it to tcp, so i can receive those events on any computer in my network. It should: -developed with c# -send type of cursor (mouse, pointer, touch, etc) -send any state of the cursor (down, up, move, hold, new , removed) -send cursor id (in case it exists) -send cursor position -be multitouch enabled -work on win8/win10/ ms surface ,touch monitors -use windows native touch api -listen to events while being minimized as icon -listen to events whitout having focus (while on background) -listen to events even when some other app or game is running -listen to events in any touch monitor , even if the touch monitor is a secondary or third screen Sources and all rigths of app required.
