Convert an AngularJS Site to a Static HTML Site

Hi there I have an AngularJS based template that I need to be converted to a normal static HTML site for displaying offline. Currently the AngularJS version can only be displayed by running it in a server. I need it to be converted to a normal static HTML version that can be displayed without the need for a server. All the current CSS, HTML, and JavaScript assets are already provided in the AngularJS version I just need you to convert it to a static HTML version so that it can be displayed without the need for a server.
