Css/Javascript Guru required

Do you consider yourself an HTML/CSS guru? Can you turn any layout into HTML/CSS in your sleep? Is your code clean, efficient, and flexible? Are you passionate about design? We require the services of a Web Designer who has advanced CSS3 and JavaScript skills with some knowledge of Html5 preferred. This project will be per hour. Please note though that we may choose multiple resources and evaluate your skills before awarding the final project to 1 resource. We will pay for this time but reserve the right to reduce the time spent on the project if you do not have the required skills. As such, we require successful bidders to be available for questions etc. via Skype. In responding, please also send links to work you have done using css and JavaScript.
