add gujarati language in ionic 1

Hi, I am ionic developer. I have implemented swidish & Norwgian language in ionic app. I will complete this task on fix rate Rs 3000 only. In this cost,i will integrate translation page & display one message in Gujarati Language. Others keywords proceed by you.
