1. I will sit down with the client and listen to what their desires are 2. We will come up with a plan to acheive those desires 3. Make sure their comfortable and confident with me as the person to do the work 4. Go over the step by step process that it would take to do the job 5. There will be a quality control check at each phase of the job by me and and the client to ensure their pleased before continuing
