codeigniter pro for quick help, 30 mins, $5

like the title says, I need a codeigniter pro to support me for the next 30 mins. The job is to change a controller which sends an email to users on a special event, and the email is currently hard coded in the controller. Need you to add this as an email template to the admin section (there are already many different templates, but for some reason this one is hard coded). Need this right now.
