Hello, My name is Tony and I am very familiar with use remote support software like Team-Viewer. I have been performing computer cleans, optimizations and virus/ spyware removals. I am also great at diagnosing software related issues. I know how to prevent personal data from being lost from a computer. I also do know how to perform hardware troubleshooting and Network troubleshooting. I also thoroughly document the work that i do. The tasks that you and i have both listed are something that i have been doing for years.
