Copyediting of academic paper in Business/Economics - repost

I have a draft of academic paper, in the area of business information systems (IT) and economics, preparing for a journal submission. Need an experienced editor who can help carefully commenting, editing, and proof reading a economics paper. Requirements are suggesting i)better expressions ii) better structure of sentence and paragraphs beyond grammar checks and iii) highlight expressions that are not clear or better be re-written. Current length of the paper is 1.5-spaced 38 pages long including abstract, reference, and appendix.
