Content creation for a site

I need work done on creating content. It consists of going on the web and finding images for different categories and posting identification information on each of the pictures. More information would be given to chosen worker. Picture needs to be 15x130 pixels max jpeg or gif. No programming involved. Needs only proper english and use of picture manipulation.
