Building backlinks

This project is to build quality backlinks for website. Websites and keywords will be supplied when the job is awarded. Backlinks must be related to the keywords that will be provided. I am looking for someone who is experienced in backlinking and truly understands the process. I also want someone who can work quickly. Description: High PR backlinks. Requirement are as follows : All links must be minimum PR3 or above. Page Rank is for page that has the backlink - not the homepage or other page on the site. Each site must be relevant to the keyword you are linking for. At least 60% of the backlinks must be DO FOLLOW No spam links. No link farms accepted. One link per domain will be counted. Each link should come from a different domain. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, MSN and Yahoo within last 60 days. Looking to employ someone long term along term per month job.
