City Budget

The goal of this project is to take an online city budget which is in a pdf format (see [login to view URL]) and extract the descriptions and values associated with all accounts and subaccounts and insert those descriptions and values in our software (see partial example at [login to view URL] (Code= User) and click on General Fund to see another column. Only a couple columns work but they will go 4 deep for each Tax side and Spending side with each column a maximum of 15 boxes). The person will need to have some accounting or bookkeeping background to get the correct values in the right catagories. I expect each budget will take two days effort. We require a bid on the cost on a per budget basis. We expect to do this for hundreds of cities per year so it could be a very long term project.
