Hi! I'm really qualified for this job because I did Admin Works for 4 years already and I'm currently doing Data Entry / Collection - fetches data from the SIP server for each of the accounts per date and place it to a spreadsheet. Basically, the business of my employer is a VoIP broker, he has a number of SIP gateways that are connected to other networks. My responsibility is to summarize and collate all the calls that has been made from the caller and vendor and its respective payments. Basic requirements for the job is my excel programming ( since it needs some computation and data correlation ) . Secondly, Documentation / Tutorials- basically all of the work i made must be documented in a way of tutorials. Since I was the first employee, I need to create tutorials in such a way new employees will have an easy learning curve for the job. Tutorials includes on how to navigate the SIP Servers, Creating Screenshot, Creating Spreadsheets, Macro, connecting spreadsheets to other spreadsheets and setting up an OpenVPN Client. Included also on the tutorials are the basic operation on GIMP ( image editor ), we used GIMP for editing screenshots and applying labels and such I hope this suffice your requirements and look forward to work with you.
