Customize csv files

Hello! I can write a python (or perl) script to handle this task. I have good experience with such kind of data processing. I have developed script for handling my own skrill (moneybookers) data exported in csv format.

Hello, interested. I have huge PayPal API integration experience. So I can quickly and quality help you. If you csv have all required data I can simply provide php or perl module that will converts your csv into right format. Other way I can provide php module that will process PayPal notifications (PayPal IPN API) and generates required result csv with all transactions required data include quantity. I have extensive experience with payment APIs including PayPal. My intended fix for this is to PayPal's IPN system or express checkout, depending on how the system works currently. Please let me know if I can be of assistance.
