Data Entry For Directory Site

need 1200 links to be extracted from sites such as dmoz and other free directories and inserted into categories at all4man dot net through Submit your site form. I would need the site address, description and keywords (not more then 5=8 per entry)saved to separate txt file, at second txt file I need email of site admin (if available) to be saved at raw just one by one. Will release payment by means of scriptlance escrow account upon satisfaction. Need to fill next category this time - [login to view URL] entries should be carefully separated by region and subcategories. My budget is not more then 45. thanks
