Assistant to help converting Word Documents to MS Publisher files

I am an Australian consultant, wanting to use the services of a virtual personal assistant to do a number of different tasks online and on their computer. The first task will involve converting and laying up a number of MS Word documents into MS Publisher. Providing that you have both MS WORD and MS PUBLISHER it is a simple matter of copy and paste. I would prefer to use someone that is very familiar with both MS Word and MS Publisher. Although initially there will be around 10 hours work, if you are able to show yourself to be a quick learner and are able to do this work efficiently, there may be ongoing work of about 10 hours per week. The more skills that you have, such as transcribing, using MS PowerPoint, Internet research, etc, the better, as I will be able to give you more work.
