Create JSON file with telephone directory contacts

I am creating a phone directory app and have a telephone directory with 200 pages of contacts to be converted to JSON objects. There is 170 pages of business contacts and 30 pages of government contacts, see attached example scanned pages. For each contact I need organisation/business name, contact number, location, postal address and fax number. The information will be in the directory contacts. I will scan and share the documents. You are required to send the information in JSON format and Excel. I will send examples of format and more details. When you bid your first word must be "Android" so I know you read the task and not just spamming me.
