DIRECTIONS AND DISTANCES 2

i need a project in visual basic 8 that will load files which have 2 groups of numbers with 4 or 6 digits then search for exact pairs between the two groups according to their distances and their directions example 1533 number has distances 1_5=4,5_3=2,3_3=0 so 1533 numbers 420 distances 1533 has directions up,down ,equal 1_5=up,5_3=down,3_3=equal so the directios of 1533 are up_down_equal so the exe searches among the two groups of numbers to found exactly pairs then with a keep/delete buton i can keep or delete the final result from the total 450 numbers i want to know the cost thank you
