Data Entry Help for Lottery Registrations

We need some help with entering a large amount of registrations for an upcoming lottery selection. Need someone or a team to assist in entering 20k-100k registrations of provided email addresses over the course of one or two months. Instructions on what specifically to enter will be supplied to those awarded job. Each registration must be unique, using unique contact information per entry. Must have access to LARGE amount of Proxies to rotate through as to mask the ip address you are entering the information from to provide largest chance of winning selections. Preferably, up to 5 entries per proxy. Project will fail if proxies are overused. Looking for data entry person/team who can help us out between now and the middle of October. If you are familiar with what specifically this post is asking, please list it in the proposal. Priority will be given to those with previous experience of this SPECIFIC job.
