Data Input and Comparison Excel

We require matching a spreadhsheet with products and another 2sheets with produts to product codes. Unfortunatley the descriptions are not the same so we cannot use any sort of match function. One sheet contains 2300 product codes and descriptions (core products), the other 2 sheets contain 1000 and 3000 respectively and are from different suppliers. (Call this supplier 1 and supplier 2) Sheet 1 has the core product code and for on the same sheet i require supplier 1 and supplier 2 product codes to be inserted into the the column for supplier 1 and supplier 2. Accuracy must be >98% or no payment will be made. We will review the list once provided and then make appropriate payment or not. We will provide full evidence of our review. The error rate will be determined on statistical sampling. There will be no debate or chance to correct the errors, therefore it is imperative to get it right first time. Payment will be made via either paypal if you have a paypal account (preferred) or electronic bank transfer or (though we hate to use it western union transfer) We have had issues using Indian banks for transfers and hence preference is to use paypal or money transfer.
