I would also like this to be done automatically in future, where I can have a drop down menu get the company name I am after with their total sales figures in one easy step.

Dear sir, There will be a dropdown, when you select a company from the list, all the relevant data will be populated within the spreadsheet. You will have the option to add and expand the list. Mostly 2 hours job. Thank you.
