(A) Automatic fills: Each cell changes colour depending on what it contains ( (A.D,P,"-" or "="), (b) Assignments You did not explain on the attachment what each letter or symbol meant, so it counts the number assigned to each element each day. If you have a different way to identify shifts I will change the analysis accordingly. (c) Holes: You did not explain what this actually means? So the sheet highlights any category with a Zero in a day, If there is a different basis (e.g. there should be "X" number of "A"s per shift), again I will change it accordingly. (d) Improved Calendar: I have made it a "rolling" function, so it shows seven weeks starting from Sunday in the current week.
