Car/bike make and model database for India

We have a wordpress Autoblog We would like to have a searchable database plugin for our sidebar for specifications on all new cars and Bikes. The search function would include make, then model, and variant dropdowns; Ford -> Focus -> ST, then a search button. We would also like a 'compare' option which would bring up two possible results (vehicles), with specifications brought up side by side. Would like to have all database as either pages or blog posts, Any suggestions are also welcome if anyone knows of an easier solution. Basically, we just want a database for vehicle specifications so users can search for their desired vehicle.
